ShadowShare Terms of Service

By using ShadowShare, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Purchases and Subscription Terms

ShadowShare offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

Monthly Plan: Billed every month.
Quarterly Plan: Billed every 3 months.
Yearly Plan: Billed every year.

Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription plans automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage, restore, or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2. Premium Features

Subscribers gain access to premium features including but not limited to:

Ad-free experience on supported mobile platforms.
Unlimited favorites.
Exclusive themes.
Export to external clients without advertising interruptions.
When account services and member nodes are available, personal subscriptions authorize access through external clients. Each store purchase can be linked to one account and cannot be transferred or shared.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.
Transfer, rent, sell, or share subscription access with others.
Use imported proxy links, subscription URLs, external clients, or third-party services in ways that violate their rules or applicable law.

4. Service Description and Disclaimer

ShadowShare provides proxy node management, testing, import, export and account-based member node access. Member nodes use personal credentials and external clients. Access is revoked when membership expires, a purchase is refunded or credentials are reset. We do not guarantee the availability, safety, legality, latency, speed or correctness of third-party nodes, subscriptions, test results, clients or external services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShadowShare.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
