You can request deletion of your ShadowShare account and its associated account data, including when you no longer have the app installed.
Open Settings → My account → Delete account. Sign in and confirm with your current password. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset option or the email request below.
Send an email from your registered account address to [email protected] with the subject ShadowShare account deletion. State that you want to delete your ShadowShare account. We verify ownership before processing the request.
Do not send your password, verification code, personal subscription URL, node credentials, or payment card details.
Account deletion is permanent and does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage renewal in the store to avoid future charges. Store purchase records and refund requests remain managed by the store.
在应用中打开设置 → 我的账号 → 删除账号，使用当前密码确认。无法登录时可以先找回密码。
即使已经卸载应用，也可以使用注册邮箱向 [email protected] 发送删除请求，标题填写“ShadowShare account deletion”，正文说明希望删除 ShadowShare 账号。我们会先核实账号归属。请勿发送密码、验证码、个人订阅地址、节点凭据或银行卡信息。
删除会移除账号邮箱、密码哈希、登录会话和加密购买凭证，并撤销个人订阅及会员节点访问权限。为防止重复领取商店购买权益，会保留不含邮箱的购买归属记录。已导出到其他客户端的数据和设备本地节点需要在对应应用中删除。
账号删除无法撤销，也不会自动取消商店续费。请在 App Store 或 Google Play 中管理订阅。购买记录、退款和续费仍由商店处理。
